About Bri Morse

Bri is a certified personal trainer and somatic exercise specialist based in Haddon Township, NJ. With a half a decade of hands-on experience, she’s helped hundreds of people shift from pain and disconnection to strength and embodiment.

Bri understands what it’s like to live with chronic pain and feel disconnected from your body. After 12 years of debilitating lower back and hip pain following the birth of her son, she spent years searching for lasting relief… navigating countless practitioners, treatments, and temporary solutions.

Through her studies in anatomy, kinesiology, and corrective movement, Bri uncovered the root of her pain and rebuilt her body using functional movement. She came out the other side stronger, more stable, and deeply connected to her body in a way she hadn’t experienced in decades.

What sets Bri’s practice apart is her holistic approach: blending functional strength with somatic movement and nervous system education. Her work is deeply trauma-informed, always personalized, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when your body feels safe enough to change.
